Automate. Connect. Build.

stop being the integration.

Practical AI and software systems that make work happen.

The MYCEL mushroom mascot, waving hello.

somewhere in your company, right now.

  • Someone on your team is a cable. They move data from one tool to another, by hand, every day.
  • Your “process” is a person remembering to do it.
  • Customers ask the same five questions. Someone types the same five answers. Forever.

what we build.

Four categories, one system. Start where it hurts.

AI & agents

Software that reads, understands, and answers — so your team doesn’t have to do it twice.

  • AI agents & chatbots — routine conversations handled, the rest escalated with context.
  • Company knowledge assistants (RAG) — everything your company knows, finally answerable.
  • AI voice agents — your customers don’t have business hours.
  • AI sales tools — follow-ups that actually happen.

Automation

The work that gets done whether or not anyone remembers it.

  • Workflow automation — if it happens twice a week, it shouldn’t need a human.
  • WhatsApp & Telegram automation — meet your customers where they already are.
  • AI software testing — your software, tested while you sleep.
  • Translation pipelines — every language, same voice.

Web & software

Websites and software that do their job without drama.

  • Websites — fast, clear, findable.
  • Web apps — tools your team opens on purpose.
  • Custom software — built for how you actually work, not how the template assumed.

Systems & integrations

Your tools, finally talking to each other.

  • Integrations & APIs — the plumbing nobody sees and everybody relies on.
  • Data syncing — one source of truth instead of four almost-truths.
  • Legacy bridges — if it has an interface, even a terrible one, we can usually connect it.

how it connects.

Your tools stay. We add the layer that makes them one system.

how we work.

  1. Map

We sit with your team and find where the hours actually go. It’s rarely where you think.

  2. Build

We build the system — agents, automations, integrations — and test it on real work, not a demo.

  3. Connect

We wire it into the tools you already use and stay until it runs without us standing next to it.

proof, eventually.

We’d rather show you a real result than an invented one. These slots are exactly what they look like.

Case study — client name

One sentence on the problem. One real number on what changed. A quote from someone who exists.

Case study — client name

Same again. We’re not inventing a logistics company in Rotterdam to fill this box.

If you become a client, this could be about you. No pressure.

who we are.

Two founders and a small technical team. We write the code ourselves, answer our own email, and turn down projects we wouldn’t use. The name comes from mycelium — the hidden network that connects a forest into one organism. That’s the job: not adding AI to your stack, but connecting the stack into something that works.

questions we actually get.

Do we need to be “AI-ready”?

No. You need a problem that eats hours. We handle the readiness.

Will this replace our team?

No. It replaces the part of their job they’d quit over and leaves the part they were hired for.

How long does a project take?

A focused automation ships in weeks. A full system takes longer — and we tell you how long before we start, in writing.

What happens to our data?

It stays yours. We build with access limits from day one and can work inside your infrastructure. We don’t train models on your customer data.

Our systems are old and strange. Is that a problem?

Strange is a spectrum and we’ve seen most of it. If it has an interface — even a terrible one — we can usually connect it.

tell us what’s eating your hours.

Describe it badly, in one sentence — that’s enough to start. We reply within two working days.
